WTCI to Host U.S.-China Business Forum Oct. 15

The World Trade Center Illinois (WTCI) is holding the annual U.S.-China Business Forum on October 15 at Loyola University School of Law, 25 E. Pearson. The all-day conference is highly regarded as an opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to learn about doing business in China.

The event features keynote remarks by Stephen Joske, Director of the Economist Intelligence Unit’s China Forecasting Service in Beijing. Welcoming Mr. Joske will be WTCI Chairman Hon. Neil Hartigan and Hon. Ping Huang, Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Chicago. Panel discussions (including participation by China Committee members Jon Anderson and Bill Liu), a trade show, and several networking sessions over refreshments round out the schedule.

Registration is $75 for the general public, $55 for members of WTCI and affiliated organizations including the China Committee. For more information, or to register, contact Ms. Shufen Zhao at 312-467-2924 or szhao@wtcc.org by Oct. 14.
