China Committee Member Publishes Memoir

Congratulations to China Committee member Jennifer (Jian Ping) Kwong, who has recently published Mulberry Child, a Memoir of China. The book, a moving account of her family’s struggle to survive China’s Cultural Revolution, has garnered praise from such notables as Alex Kotlowitz and former NPR China Correspondent Rob Gifford.

Jennifer will be discussing her book and her experiences at a number of book events in the area this month:
